HEALTH & DAYCARE/BOARDING REQUIREMENTS

• Pets must be at least 4 months of age
• All pets SHOULD be neutered or spayed
• Pets should be in good health, AND written proof from veterinarian of current vaccinations is required DHLPP, Rabies and Bordelella & Negative fecal result, Bordelella must be given within 6 months and up to 10 days prior to coming before staying with us.
• Pets must be non-aggressive and should not be food or toy protective.
• All pets and parents must attend a brief interview and fill out a application form prior to scheduling a reservation for daycare or boarding.
• All daycare and boarding reservations will require a credit card OR $35.OO to hold the reservation. WE ACCEPT VISA. MASTERCARD. DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS

WHAT TO BRING (for boarding only)
Please bring enough food and a little extra for your pets entire stay. Clearly label the container with pet first and last name.
Bring any medication labeled with first and last
Name and clear written daily instructions.
 Injections will be administered by Vet Tech Madonna $2.00 per injection

WHAT NOT TO BRING  

Food bowls, rawhides, squeaky toys and irreplaceable items for we cannot guarantee their return
